Each person can only object once although objections are per person, not per household and you can encourage others to object.
Yes, we have hired consultants on planning, conservation, noise and traffic.
We are not. We want more pledges than we need as we don’t know the cost of this or subsequent rounds but we now feel confident that the amount of pledges will exceed costs and we will only have to call on people for 50-60% of the pledged amount at this point.
We will provide bank details and may also set up a Crowd fund or similar link to make it easier.

Once we meet the May 7 deadline things will slow down a lot. We will happily take views on how we proceed, what people think etc. None of us wanted to have to do this, we certainly don’t want people to feel like control has been taken from them. So, get involved as little or as much as you like.
